In less than 24 hours, the 2021 season of Advent of Code goes live.
Two weeks ago I was sure I would not take part in AoC 2021. It’s just too stressful, especially at the end of the month as the puzzles get harder and harder.
Now I am just as sure that I will take part. It’s just too fun.
This year there will be an AoC thread each day in the Erlang Forums for solutions in Erlang and other BEAM languages. AoC is a great way to sharpen one’s skills in a language one normally doesn’t use. It would be great to see some Elixir users doing it in Erlang and posting in our forums this year. There already is a practice thread with solutions for the first two puzzles of last year.
