Alternative Pillow (Python Imaging Library) for elixir/erlang

Hello friends
I need to process on webp format
It can be done in Python with the pillow library and in php with the GD Graphics Library
Is there a comprehensive library in elixir or erlang?

I use erlport for processing images with Python libraries.

It’s not an Elixir equivalent, just a way to call Python from Erlang/Elixir.
