Any book or tutorial like Ben Dixon's Reliably Deploying Rails Applications?

I googled a lot for a book or tutorial for Phoenix deployment, like Ben Dixon’s book about deploying Rails, which

  1. doesn’t involve anything like nanobox etc,
  2. doesn’t use Docker (because Elixir being the most fit environment for distribution shouldn’t need Docker),
  3. the setting can be used on cheap hosting providers like Linode, Vultr and DO,
  4. teaches how to scale the application on the used host

Is there any book or tutorial like that?
