does not work.

What is that site? https://hex.pm/packages/gen_listener_tcp doesn’t show any documentation so I’m not surprised that link doesn’t work. Visiting the github repo https://github.com/travelping/gen_listener_tcp makes it clear why, it’s an erlang library which isn’t able to push any docs to hex anyway. Your best bet will be to simply peruse the code.
