Company info and history (how you’re using Elixir etc): Martide is just over a year old, we have now shipped a beta version of our SaaS product to customers. We use Elixir, Phoenix and PostgreSQL on Google Cloud and are currently building out our mobile apps with React Native / GraphQL.

Job title: Backend Elixir Engineer
Job description: We’re looking for an experienced backend developer to join our team. Help us convert emails and paper into a digital product that helps get seafarers better jobs in less time.
Salary range: Market rate, location dependent.
Position on remote work: All tech team is remote but we also have 4 offices if thats your thing.
Qualifications or experience required: 3+ years
What the successful job applicant will be working on: Our backend is growing in both scope and complexly, this year we aim to launch 2 mobile apps based on React Native / GraphQL, launch a public API for our customers / partners and launch new products to help our customers manage their seafarers once they are at sea.
About the interview process
We review your CV and any open source code, a phone interview to follow with myself and lead developer and a small coding test to finish.
