DynamicSupervisor terminate Genserver state in transient restart method

It works, but what is the difference between them?
Why does the DynamicSupervisor load it again when I try to clear or shutdown the state in Genserver?

BTW I usually stop GenServer from within, with a specific message, or under some conditions, but not from the supervisor itself, and not with terminate_child().
