Elixir installation log location

Hi All
Brand new to Elixir. Receiving error message when installing Elixir on Windows 10:
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Unfortunately it does not identify the process. Trying to find out the location of the installation log so, hopefully, I can discover the conflict. Any help in identifying that location and the log name would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed 79 views on my question without any answer. Is there a reason why no one wishes to answer the question? BTW the version I attempting to install is the latest - 1.12.3. I am sure I could discover the problem if I could read the error log. In limbo.

Likely because not many people develop on Win10, I would guess.

Thank you dimitarvp. Did resolve the issue but I still don’t know where the installation log is. Turning off the Malwarebytes and ESET seem to do the trick. I guess I should consider buying a laptop with Ubuntu. It has been awhile since my Unix/Linux days but I am sure resurrection is possible. Again thanks!
