Embeds_many with LiveView streams?

I vaguely remember hearing that streams were supposed to help with the embeds/has many problem in LV forms, but all the examples of streams seems to be things like infinite scrolling posts, and not having to do with forms.

Are there any guides on how to do this? Thanks for the help.

It wasn’t streams, it was the whole checkbox thing:
