Correct, and I fully agree with you. That was exactly the reason why I decided to include the full quote, rather than only the single frequently-used sentence from there. But thank you for reinforcing this (‘this’ being that you should consciously think about trading off efficiency vs other requirements); it definitely is something that is not brought to attention often enough!
