Why, exactly, is this failing and how do I get it to work properly?

what exactly are you passing to inspect. It looks like you are . passing the wrong options. maybe a string “line: 10” ?

Your question led me to the answer, thanks! :slight_smile:

I was attempting to inspect two items (Ex: inspect(foo, bar) but inspect treats everything after the comma as optional arguments, hence the error. Wrapping the two items in brackets and then piping it to inspect did the trick:

[foo, bar]
|> inspect()
