How vulnerable is a 'default' phoenix server?

I am thinking of putting a Phoenix http server on a pubic facing server, using port forwarding/dyndns. How much risk is this, in terms of hackers damaging my host or other hosts in my network? I am prepared to take the risk of DDNS since my server is pretty idle, and if pushed I can just close the port but I’d hate it if somebody got in and accessed my files. I seem to recall some eliir/phoenix tool that checks for vulnerabilities - am I correct??

Aaah, I’ve just found this from 2018 - I’ll start here and see where it takes me.
