IBM buys Red Hat for $34 billion

We had some problems with hardware, like faulty mobo etc. But it was all resolved rather quickly. All things considered we tried things like azure, Aws and such, butbare metals are most cost effective. We still use azure, but only for data that is available to just handful of clients, and is specific per client, so in the end it’s more cost effective than keeping own server for those data.

You should check hetzner.com (rock solid hardware and reputation) and online.net (awesome price/quality combo and above average support).

Yeah, we used some servers from them too. Switched all to OVH only because we wanted to have all services in one datacenter. Can’t say anything bad about hetzner, we were satisfied with them too.
