Mix new not generating new elixir project in windows

When I tried to generate new project using “mix new project name” command nothing will happen in windows cmd and vs code terminal.it just shows me new line to write new commands.

Hello,
In windows PC sometimes you cannot able to create a new project using Cmd or Windows PowerShell.
Instead of these, you can use Git bash which will definitely work for you every time.
