Observer giving me "not available"

So following along with Tracing and observing your remote node « Plataformatec Blog
I was able to connect to my remote box via ssh forwarding.

I started observer then connected to my remote node and noticed a large amount of “Not available”

Is this common? Is there something I can do about it?

what otp version is your server? believe those stats were only recently added - guessing otp 20 - but could be wrong…

That being said I get the values when running observer for local nodes

weird… can you double check? should be right there in the observer window top left…
