I’m announcing the release of pexelmatch, a pure elixir port of Pixelmatch for pixel-level image comparison.
This project is a bit of a yak shave I did for a product I’m working on Userdocs. I’m releasing an #elixir-desktop version of my app, and the prospect of getting imagemagick to work on the diaspora of client machines was daunting and annoying. So, I just rewrote pixelmatch in Elixir.
The maintainers of #hound and #wallaby may be interested in this library. It could be a nice value add to the existing browser testing libraries.
