We did check all preloads couple times but didn’t see anything strangle in the code so we just virtually ignored the dumps.

We just rewrote few endpoints with major impact and our Phoenix nodes have been running without any issue for 1 hour <Earlier today, it crashed every 5 minutes>. We are still tracking it and will report back ASAP.
