I am looking for a good phoenix web development book and this one sounds very good. Covers everything I want to learn. However, phx 1.4 is out, anyone know if I can follow along with 1.4?
I would suggest the Pragmatic Phoenix book. It recently came out of beta.

you can follow with the 1.3 book but you have to think a little more because the application structure is different as well as some commands. You will learn even more with that approach. Otherwise when you bought the 1.3 you should be eligible to a 80% discount on the 1.4 edition
