Might be worth posting in the ElixirLS - the Elixir Language Server thread or maybe starting a new one with the elixir-ls tag Nathan. I think there are quite a few people using Apple silicon Macs with Elixir and Erlang so there’s a good chance someone may have encountered similar issues or will be able to help
