Is there a way put env in compile time and use it in runtime?

Yes, I am trying to change my whole passing data to my derive function. It needs lot of works Update: I left this option of my macro. it is not necessary, for now

I had have to change many code of mine and I left that option of my library, because it needs me to change my approach of passing data from function and do not pass the env from compile to runtime
