IIRC the first one she mentions is similar, and the second one is similar to what you get when out in nature/hiking. If you’re someone who is looking at a screen for long periods then I feel it is even more important to do.

While it’s true our formative years define a lot of or adult life (some things cause a lasting negative impact if fed in the formative years for instance - such as gluten) I’d also say it’s never too late to start. A lot of people turn their health around in their 40s 50s 60s even
