Whatever happened to the Dockyard Elixir deployment project?

I remember seeing a job post by Dockyard looking for someone to work on Elixir deployments a while ago. I’ve been interested to see what they come up with, but haven’t heard of any new solutions since then. Does anyone know what happened to that project? I’m assuming it must have been canceled.

What do you need from a deployment tool?

I figured I should update everyone here, but I accepted an offer to join DockYard to fill the position they opened up for this. I’ll be formally starting November 3rd, and once I do I’ll be jumping into this head first. I’ll be posting more in the forum once I have some more concrete steps fleshed out, partly to keep everyone up to date, but also as a means of gathering feedback on what’s planned. More to come later!

This is correct. Paul was hired to work on further developing Distillery and much of that work was the basis of Elixir Releases that is now in core.
