Why are reverse/1 and at/1 in Enum?

Enum.at/3 doesn’t really make sense for maps not because maps aren’t necessarily random, but because they aren’t guaranteed to be deterministically ordered.

To be clear, they are deterministically ordered within the same node/instance.
