Totally something different - but I wonder if you’ve run into funny issues with the NanoVG bundled font library on Nerves. It just crashed on me, apparently with a malloc call that returned NULL. Haven’t tried since then because a switch to freetype worked, but it certainly complicates building

You are right on. Also has issues compiling under C99.
Swap out the stb_truetype.h file with the current in the stb libraries. Everything seems to work just fine now.

Yes the changes to the pipeline are slowing me down a bit. I think. I made the nerves driver public this morning and sent it to Frank and Justin to look at. Go ahead and look at github boydm/scene_driver_nerves_rpi if you want. Sample app at boydm/nerves_scenic_test_app
For now it doesn’t compile. Once we get past that I can get back to the application level bugs.

Does Scenic work on Windows?
Install Dependencies — Scenic v0.11.2 tells how to install on different OS, but Windows is not mentioned.
I wanted to try GitHub - Arkham/scenic_escher: An implementation of Escher's Square Limit using Scenic and Elixir · GitHub but couldn’t compile (fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: ‘stdbool.h’: No such file or directory).

There has been some iniital work done to get it working on Windows, but I’ve been swamped and haven’t verified it. Take a look at Windows Support by gVirtu · Pull Request #22 · ScenicFramework/scenic_driver_glfw · GitHub which is most if not all of what you want. Let me know if you can get it to work.
