If you are a freelancer who needs to finish a project next week or else gets no payment, yes. Or if you assemble WordPress sites in an admin UI for a living and don’t care about the programming part very much.
If you want to find a good way of doing things that you can reuse in many projects afterwards, no.
I believe that if you constantly find yourself rushing and never having enough time to pay proper attention to the features you are coding along the way, that this indicates a problem somewhere else, most likely in your time management – or you have one of these “customers from hell” (sympathies if that’s the case). It’s not the fault of the language or the ecosystem though.
