There is a little twist.
if value is an error Money.to_decimal explodes.
so I created this little method
defp money_to_decimal(input_value) do
case input_value do
%Money{} -> Money.to_decimal(input_value)
_ -> input_value
end
end
use it like this
value={money_to_decimal(Phoenix.HTML.Form.input_value(@form, :price))}
At the end this will not work with validations. Efter first validation of any othere field in the form the value will be multiplied by 100
