Is it necessary to use PetalComponents as in the example?
If not, how to use standart core components provided by Phoenix?
I tried using a standart <.flash> element inside Flashy.Disconnected.render or Flashy.Normal.render but couldn’t get it to work.
I was able to run flashy with the standard library. The question is removed, sorry for the trouble.
I have another question, as I see from the library it is designed to work only with a socket:

Flash messages are used in some modules like user_session_controller.ex or user_auth.ex, which created by command: mix phx.gen.auth Accounts User users.

I just pushed a new version of Flashy 0.2.2.
The main features of this version are:
Added `on_mount` hook to allow easily sending notifications from a `LiveComponent` to a `LiveView`.

I just added a commit to master branch with a possible fix for this.

When the connection to the server is lost, a flash message “disconnected” (like “We can’t find the internet”) should be displayed. This happens the first time the connection is lost. The next time the connection fails, the “disconnected” message will not be displayed. I checked this on my example and yours GitHub - sezaru/flashy_example: Small project showing Flashy features.
P.S. If the page is reloaded before the connection is lost a second time, the message is displayed.
Can you check if the same doesn’t happen with the built-in flash components from Phoenix? I remember seeing something like this happen before when using the built-in system as-well.
