The only one I’ve done is the one I mentioned previously:
IIRC the first one she mentions is similar, and the second one is similar to what you get when out in nature/hiking. If you’re someone who is looking at a screen for long periods then I feel it is even more important to do.
How did you get on with it?
While it’s true our formative years define a lot of or adult life (some things cause a lasting negative impact if fed in the formative years for instance - such as gluten) I’d also say it’s never too late to start. A lot of people turn their health around in their 40s 50s 60s even

Bit off-topic but since we were talking about it, something I’ve heard more people doing lately is sun-gazing, and since it’s always been one of those ‘do not do without any real explanation’ things I thought I’d try it, particularly given we have a protective measure already built in - if it hurts or our bodies think it’s detrimental we’d automatically close our eyes!
So I’ve tried it when I’ve been out late (so closer to sunset when it’s easier) and I’ve noticed two things:
- It is actually quite beautiful/mesmerising, the sun gets a moving outline around it, looking more like a shiny disc, and then when you look away, you see things in purples and in what I can only describe as ‘trippy’ colours, tho this fades after a while.
- When I’m walking back, it really does seem like I can see clearer/further into the distance and through the atmosphere.
It can make your eyes water so maybe the ‘benefits’ might be more down to that, but so far, I have not noticed any downsides …other than if you bump into someone they might think you’ve been crying
