Python developer, previously worked in other languages like .Net/C# and Java, but just really grew to love python. Interest in finance - spent most time as quant dev for buyside. No front end experience but trying to play catchup. Trying to learn Elixir & Phoenix for the past week, and really blown away by the Phoenix Framework – spending all my time trying to learn it. Sort of wishing I was more up to date on JS technologies to make beautiful websites… hoping to get there one day.
