Qualifications or experience required:

You can read/speak English and write code. - Details:
- You must have a strong programming background -
- If you worked only with Erlang/Elixir, your Erlang/Elixir is Upper_Intermediate/Advanced.
- If you just moving to Erlang/Elixir, but have enough experience with other languages/platforms - Erlang/Elixir level Beginner is fine.
- What is a strong programming background:
- You follow methodologies and best practices: Code review/testing/documenting, etc;
- You know your tools: languages/platforms/version system, etc;
- You know a thing or two about big O and algorithms.
- You must have a strong programming background -

About the hiring process

you introduce yourself, we chat; - If ok, we figure out the best time for the next skype call;
- Skype call when I’m trying to assess your technical skills;
- If ok, I pass you to Head of development to discuss contractual formalities.
