About - adds About topics to iex

Recently I have discovered how much information exists with the iex editor.
What was missing were the general purpose topics.

This library adds about topics so that standard reference information will always be available at runtime.
Currently the information is very limited and poorly formatted. This will be corrected in later versions and I look forward to suggestions/contributions.

The intent is to have all the standard reference information in one place.

Which library?

The library is called “about”.

The intent is to add supporting documentation to iex.

The aim is to add topic based help to iex.

This would allow you to look up standard reference details without having to go online.
This is intended for topics that are not module specific (or would require you to know the module being used).
