Anybody have polished bindings for Jira API?

I see some old bindings for the Jira API. Does anybody have more recent bindings that they are planning to open source soon?

We have some bindings at work, but wondering if we can join forces and add something to hex.

Blind shot: does Jira offer OpenAPI files (YAML or JSON)?

If so, you can just generate an API client.

I think I see wadl, but the API also has some subtlety to the request bodies. I think I will just stay with closed source in house for now
