You are the ideal fit for our team if you:

  • Have at least 2 year of professional experience as an Elixir Engineer, including:
    • solid knowledge of Elixir and tools in the ecosystem
      • knowledge about BEAM VM, clustering, message passingfamiliarity with tools: ecto, exunit, phoenix, ETS
  • Have good knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modeling in generalHave experience with large codebasesDeep understanding of the best practices required to build genuinely web-scale applicationsAre a team player and you aren’t scared to take ownership of the area entrusted to youGood written and spoken English & Polish

Our recruitment process is only 3 steps long

  • Video interview with our Recruitment Team (abt 45 minutes)
  • Video interview with our Backend Team (abt 90 minutes)
  • If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you.

While I am not looking currently, you might also consider qualifying the remote work a little bit further, f.ex. some companies want remote but strict working hours (9:00 - 17:30) and others allow and prefer full asynchronous work where you should be available for meetings during work hours but can otherwise work any hours you like.

I’ve noticed an uptick of people preferring remote + async work (I am one of them) so just an idea to make your job ad even clearer.
