Step 2: 30 minute convo with Hiring Manager (CTO, VP of Eng, Dir of Eng, Eng Mgr, etc.)
Step 3: “Panel interview” with 4 x 30 minute conversation. Demo is involved and there’s a live tech coding assessment for many positions, but nothing too wild.
Step 4: Possible call with CEO
