Can you use LiveView Native to update UI without submitting a new app to the App Store?
I guess the bigger question would be: Can you update UI from server-side without rolling a new updated application to the market? As that would be an invaluable upgrade compared to how native applications have to deal with review process from these apps markets.

Apple’s own TOS are clear about the limits here. They permit a minimum of server side UI changes. But if you make significant changes those must go through another app review process or else you may get banned.
