Where can I find the code repository of the gen_tcp tutorial ?

There is no repository. The code is built throughout the chapters.

Oh ok. I was seeing this answer coming! It would be helpful to have a repository, even if it is not strictly necessary.

Usually I’d advice you to start a discussion on the core mailinglist to request a new feature. But this isn’t quite a feature of elixir.

Perhaps lets just try to summon @josevalim and @eksperimental (the first wrote a lot of the documentation the second did a lot of proofreading through them) and ask what they think about it.
