Backstory: I was testing some stuff and haven’t noticed that new tabs in iTerm2 open in the home directory and use OTP 26, which is the default global version I’d set. The previous tab was using OTP 23. Trust me, I wouldn’t have caught this so easily on a sleepy Monday morning.
