Perception is a tough subject… Mine, for instance, is that Elixir is getting more and more traction.
You even have folks willing to step backwards just to be able to work with the language.
Besides, if no one is willing to take a chance, that perception will never change. If we want to have more people wanting to work with Elixir, we gotta have more companies wanting to invest in it.
This is a journey in which companies and devs need to walk hand by hand.
