Digital Quarantine - Elixir/Erlang Use Case
Dears, it seems that we have a long term issue with the spreading of the virus, and the difficult to “deduce” who and how people should be quarantined, so a full quarantine like the China did, would be impossible or non-viable for many countries, so let me share an idea that could be developed in Elixir + IOT:
