We’re a Seed stage VC backed company working to productionise and extend AntidoteDB, in collaboration with the core Antidote team and the co-inventors of CRDTs. We’re building a geo-distributed database platform, with the core DB in Erlang and the higher layers all in Elixir.

Job title: Distributed Systems Engineer (Erlang/Elixir)
Job description: We’re looking for an experienced distributed systems engineer to join our core team to help productionise and develop our database systems. We’re particularly looking for industry experience of developing, shipping and maintaining production-grade distributed systems. And for a deep understanding of and interest in distributed systems, their failure modes and engineering challenges.
Salary range: €80k - €120k + significant equity
Position on remote work: Remote (occasional on-site in Europe)
Qualifications or experience required: N/a
What the successful job applicant will be working on: you’ll be working primarily in Erlang and Elixir on Antidote, rich-CRDTs and the Vaxine database platform.

Job title: Product Engineer (Elixir)
Job description: We are looking for a web developer to join our core team to help develop Vaxine’s data access library and serverless database platform. It’s a generalist role. You’ll need to think about product, API design and technical-usability as well as coding. It would be great if you also enjoy writing and advocacy.
Salary range: €60k - €80k + significant equity
Position on remote work: Remote (occasional on-site in Europe)
Qualifications or experience required: N/a
What the successful job applicant will be working on: you’ll be working full-stack in Elixir, both to develop a LiveView based web platform and to help design and develop the libraries and tools used by Vaxine developers.
