Do we have a target release date of Elixir 1.4?

I’m just wondering, as Python 3.6 was released today and the next version of Ruby is about to be released on Christmas, do we have a target release date of Elixir 1.4?

I haven’t heard of anything (other than aim is till end of the year, and probably that Elixir will aim at a minor release every 6 months, but I might be wrong) - the recent commits aren’t many, there are already lots of commits on master which is already 1.5 however, there is still one issue with a 1.4 mile stone.
