About the interview process

Our job application has a few questions to submit along with your resume. You’ll also be able to submit some questions of your own for our CTO to answer for you.

If there looks to be a good match you’ll have a 30-45 min intro call with our CTO to get to know each other better.

Assuming that goes well we have a hiring exercise that typically takes people 1-2 hours. This exercise is performed remotely and should be completed within a week of the meeting with our CTO.

Next there is a meeting with our COO to talk about culture fit, salary, and any special employment requirements you might have.

Lastly there is a 90-minute technical interview with multiple engineers from the team you’d be joining.
The whole process takes about 3-4 weeks from initial application to potential offer.
