We are seeking a Senior Elixir Engineer to join our Sydney team. The primary objective is to build and scale our AI-powered platform, which aims to automate business processes and increase efficiency for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The role requires designing software for high reliability and scalability, focusing on asynchronous, concurrent, and parallel processes.

We currently have one engineer on-shore, with a remote engineering team of 6-7 in Eastern Europe (Montenegro and Serbia).

Job title: Mid-Senior Software Engineer
Job description: Crafting, developing, and configuring applications to fulfill business processes and application requirements
Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 base + super
Qualifications or experience required: Elixir, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, AWS
What the successful job applicant will be working on: Implementation using our core product to create bespoke solutions for customers and partners

Position on remote work

Remote job: No. We work hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
