Elixir + Erlang on Windows 11 terminal error

Elixir on Windows 11, When I use elixir version with erlang stable version 24 25 I get unicode error and command suggestion is not available on windows terminal

I updated to the new version of erlang 26-rc1,2, it supported the above errors well. However, I cannot use the up arrow key to re-use the command I just typed.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

You might have more luck using powershell instead of the terminal if they aren’t playing well together.
