We are building out our backend and a web frontend in Elixir and Phoenix. We’re looking for a great developer to join the team and work across the Phoenix stack from Liveview to the backend.

Bend’s goal is to become the “All Trails” of movement. We already lead the app experience when it comes to guided stretching. We want to expand of this offering and bring a modern, dynamic approach to serving and managing our content across web, android, iOS and other web platform (YouTube, Spotify etc.) - A good chance to work on a fresh modern elixir deployment. We’ve also been trying some generative AI approaches to our content and this is an area we’d like to expand.

Working across the entire backend Phoenix / Elixir Stack.

Qualifications or experience required:
Proven Elixir / Phoenix experience with demonstrable applications live. Versatile enough to work happily on the Tailwind / Liveview frontend through to the backend business logic and managing infrastructure on our PAAS.

What the successful job applicant will be working on:

  • Web experience of the mobile product
  • APIs for client apps
  • Data architecture
  • AI integrations
