Elixir/Phoenix Framework as connection hub: best practice data flow

Is this a good data model? Feels like Elixir and Phoenix Framework (E/PF) are best in this position, but turning to Golang (GL), C and Angular with TypeScript (A/TS) for most of the rest. After all, Elixir/Erlang is all about communication, and it seems that micro-services are best used with communications centralised.

Am I reinventing the Kubernetes here?
