Has anyone successfully used the ‘Livebook - Launch on Fly.io’ page recently?
I’ve tried a few times in different regions and it fails with the message “Failed to create volume”
When I check the dashboard, it shows as pending (this doesn’t change even after a few hours) and I cannot interact with the app in any way except deleting it.
