Intro

We’re building SaaS to automate clinical operations at doctors offices. We build AI agents that mirror clinics’ existing processes, and provide a UX for clinical support teams to review. We have several active + paying customers, and a backlog of customers that we need to activate (we need your help!). We’re VC funded, >$1M raised, and are backed by Y Combinator.

We’re primarily in-person in Austin, TX. The team has worked together for years (prev. startup raised $160M Series B). We work intensely, are customer obsessed, and genuinely enjoy the craft.

I won’t sugarcoat it. We work hard. We’re laser focused. We care deeply and have very high standards. And we’re looking for others who also find that to be motivating.

Talk to clinicians and learn their workflow
Build automated solutions for those workflows
Construct and optimize LLM-fueled data pipelines
Measure & improve system performance
Project-manage your own deliverables (Pro: No bureaucracy. Con: No bureaucracy.)

Salary range: $110-180K

Equity range: 0.5-1.5%
