Qualifications or experience required:
We are open to junior developers with passion and a strong portfolio of elixir and phoenix work. Your github repos will be a strong part of the application process. More senior developers will be compensated accordingly. You should be ready for:

- Fluent in English, ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in meetings

I know it’s crazy to require on-site in this day and age. But we are a very small team, and the fast paced nature of our collaboration means in-person work is going to be most effective. Again due to our very small size, we do not have the admin resources to sponsor new work visas at this time, although the simplicity of getting it done for Canadians could be an exception for the right candidate.

Because we are right at the beginning of our journey, we are being extremely selective in our hiring process. If you join us you will be making a big impact on the company, our product, and our success.
- Meet and greet “informational” with me to gauge mutual interest;
- Offline review of prior work as available on github or similar
- Initial in-depth technical interview including coding problems.
- 2-3 further interviews with the rest of the team.
