Anyone know why this doesn’t work

e@Tio-MacBook-Pro temp % mix phx.new modal_example --live
** (Mix) The task "phx.new" could not be found
Note no mix.exs was found in the current directory

I’m trying to create a LV app from the CLI

Did you add the installer archive per https://hexdocs.pm/phoenix/installation.html#phoenix ?
