Hi All,
My team at HelloSign (a Dropbox company) is looking to hire a few Elixir engineers to help us take our HelloWorks product line to the next level. Our tech stack is Elixir/ReactJS/MySQL on AWS.

Job title: Full Stack Software Engineer (mid to senior/lead)
Position on remote work: San Francisco/Mountain View/Austin/Seattle/New York (some remote locations in the US)
What You’ll Do:
Help scale our products and existing systems to support millions of users
Participate in architectural and design review discussions
Collaborate with other engineers and the Product team to clearly define project goals and establish milestones
Take ownership of features from end to end by going through design, implementation, testing and maintenance phases
Identify opportunities to improve existing code or architecture

Who You Are:
You have professional experience using Elixir.
Having your code deployed at an enterprise level is highly preferred
You’re used to working collaboratively, participating in code reviews, and being a great teammate.
You believe in automated tests and taking ownership over the quality of your code.
We’re a startup. You are comfortable taking an imperfect feature specification and driving it all the way to completion.

Phone interview with Hiring Manager for about 30-45 minutes.
Technical screen 1 hour
